Aggies Conor Pollock and Austin Krajicek captured the doubles title at the Loomis $15k today in California. The pair defeated Alejandro Gonzalez and Eduardo Struvay of Columbia (the country, not the university), 6-2 7-6 (1).
“We played well”, was about all I got out of Conor in a text exchange after the match. I am sure he will fill us all in a day or two on his new blog. I spoke with him on Saturday and he was very excited about doing so well in his first pro tournament.
For their win, they get 25 doubles entry points and split $945.

The next stop is Sacramento. I haven’t seen the results for today just yet, but will add them when I can.
